In the Shadow of Mount Santubong
In the shadow of Mount Santubong
I wait to see the eagles fly.
For this is where I now belong
beneath the gentle Sarawak sky.
I wait to see the eagles fly
and this is where I want to be.
Beneath the gentle Sarawak sky
down beside the South China Sea.
And this is where I want to be
for this is where I now belong.
Down beside the South
China Sea
in the shadow of Mount Santubong.
In the Shadow of Mount Santubong appeared in print in the Sarawak Tribune on 07 Dec
2011 incorporated within a non-fiction article of the same name.
Read on Radio Sarawak on 07 Nov 2007.
